Please read through our booking terms and conditions. There are some important pieces of information that you should understand and agree to before you book.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
As we work with a limited number of people on each retreat, it is important that your reservation be a binding contract between us.
A deposit of £250 is required to secure your place on the retreat, and the balance is due to be paid 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
Up until a month before the retreat start date you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund, or move your retreat to a future date.
After that, we first need to find another participant to take your place. As demand for our retreats is high, this is usually a simple process.
However the closer to the retreat, the more difficult that becomes, and if we can't find a replacement then your payment will not be refunded.
Therefore we ask for your commitment in starting the process.
