  • Juice of three carrots,
  • Half an apple,
  • Half an orange or lemon.
  • A clove of garlic.
  • ¼” of ginger,
  • some dark green leaves (kale, spinach, herbs)

If you don’t have a high-powered blender, you’ll need to juice the leaves first.
